Tasks are how you, or an agent, define a unit of work (or a series of them) to assign to built‑in coding agents such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for implementation. A number of templates are available, which can be selected from the template picker in the top right of the screen.
If you just want to implement something quick, select Quick Change from the template picker.
After clicking Create Task, you’ll be taken to the task’s detail screen, where you’ll see a number of available actions — including Prepare Coding Agent to start implementation.
